Stay 9

Along the edge of the forest between the villages of Kukle and Javorník we come to a landmark site – the restaurant U Jelena [9]. The trail ends here with information about the former Šibeniční Forest and the later memorial to victims of the First World War, the so-called Grove of Heroes. Along the main road we connect with the marked town tour bike trail, which leads us back to the bus station.

The 12-kilometre educational trail with nine stops was built with financial assistance from the Pardubice Region. The project was commissioned by the Svitavy Micro-Region. The Svitavy Museum is the guarantor of the historic parts of the trail.
